We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However if the rare situation occurs where you are not, we invite you to return your item to us. No-Hassle Returns

All we ask is that you fill out and submit our Returns Form, and we'll take care of the rest!
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a very timely manner. If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by emailing our customer service team. NOTE: If order has been processed and invoiced it can not be cancelled. Processed and invoiced is done when order has been closed, credit card has been charged and the order is ready for shipment. At this time order can not be cancelled. |
Refused Orders
Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, a credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges both ways and a 10% restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and inspected by our return specialists. |
Incorrect/Damaged Items
Problem with your order? In the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy with your order, such as an incorrect item or a damaged item, please email our customer service team within 14 calendar days. Unfortunately, we may be unable to correct any issues outside of that time frame. |
