PetStreetMall offers thousands of products for you
and your pet and all at lowest pricing. In addition, all orders over
$50.00 are shipped for free. We are grateful to our customers making
us the fastest growing source for pet supplies on line.
Our goal is the complete satisfaction of each and every one of
our customers. We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with
their purchase. However if the rare situation occurs where you are
not, then we want to invite you to return your item to us. Please
review the return policy below.
Order Cancellations
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order
to get it to you in a very timely manner. If you decide you must
cancel your order, please do so by calling our toll-free number
- 1-800-957-5753 - within 4 business hours of order placement,
with the exception of expedited orders.
IMPORTANT: When you call to cancel
your order, please be sure to get a Cancellation number from the
customer service representative for confirmation of your cancellation.
All cancelled orders must be assigned a cancellation number.

No emailed cancellations can be accepted.

Orders cancelled after the 4 hour limit, but before shipment,
will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the order has shipped,
it becomes our customer's responsibility and a Return Authorization
Number must be obtained once your order has arrived if you wish
to return it.
Refused Orders
Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when
delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately
ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping
charges and minus a 20% restocking fee. The credit will be issued
once the item has been returned to us and after inspection by our
return specialists.
Returns
PetStreetMall wants you to be completely satisfied with any product
you purchase from us. We offer trained, skilled and knowledgeable
pet specialists to assist you in making wise and appropriate choices
for your needs and the needs of your pets. However, our customer
service representatives can not be held responsible for incorrectly
ordered items.
If you are not completely satisfied, simply request
a return authorization within 30 days of invoice. Pet Street Mall
is not responsible for defective items. In the rare event a customer
receives a defective item they are to contact the manufacturer for
warranty information. Manufacturer contact information should be
included with the item ordered.
Returns need to be requested within 30 days (60 days for Dog Fences, Training
Collars, Bark Collars) of invoice date. Initial and return
shipping charges, even those shipped under PetStreetMall's
free shipping offer, are not refundable. Return Policy Exceptions
listed below.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. No returns will
be accepted without receiving prior return authorization.
Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original unopened
packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards
and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns
will be inspected by our returns specialists.
Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full
credit. Items damaged through "wear and tear" or due to
return shipping damage will receive PARTIAL or NO CREDIT
at the discretion of PetStreetMall.
If the item returned is NOT free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be less than the original charge to you or no refund at all.
All returns are processed online using the following procedure.
To Receive your Return Authorization Number,

- Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Item Number of product(s) being returned
- Reason for return
If any of this information is missing from your email, NO Return Authorization will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If these instructions are followed properly, you should receive your Return Authorization Number via email within 3-4 business days.
Please allow 14-30 days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
Please Note - the initial cost of shipping to Pet Street
Mall will be deducted even on orders over $50.00.

Return Policy Exceptions
- Due to manufacturer policies, the following products are to
be returned to the manufacturer and are subject to a 20% restocking
fee and cost of shipping and handling: Agility Equipment, Dog
Kennels, Outdoor Kennels, Pet Playpens, Small Animal Cages, Dog
Crates, Pet Gates, Pet Beds, Dog Houses, Pet Stairs, Pet crates,
Pet Carriers, Pet Ramps, Booster Bath, Pet Patio Doors and Garden
and Wall Sculptures.
All PIF-300 Wireless containment system returns will be charged
a 20% restocking fee. The initial cost of shipping will also be
deducted from any refund. Also, any Instant Fence accessories
or related items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Products that have been personalized in any way, including clothes,
urns, etc., cannot be returned and do not qualify for a refund.
- Electronic Pet Products (Dog Fences, Training Collars, Bark
Collars) We offer a 60 day return policy on electronic pet products.
Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the Invoice
date. Product must be returned in an new condition, in unopened
packaging, otherwise, you may incur restocking fees. Deductions
will be made for open packaging, missing items, and damaged or
dirty items. Initial cost of shipping, even if represented as
free can not be credited back.
- Bowsers pet products cannot be returned and do not qualify
for a refund.
- Pet Gear brand products cannot be returned and do not
qualify for a refund.
- Muttluks HotDoggers are only inteded for a limited number
of uses, therefore are considered disposable and can not be accepted
as a return.
- All Ergo returns or defectives will be handled directly
through Ergo Systems at the requirement of the manufacturer. Contact
can be made directly with Ergo or through our returns department.
