"I am sending you this email to say Thank You. If you remember, I purchased a system (an unknown brand) from another web site. After weeks of problems with the system, which they would not take back, I discovered that they were a fly by night outfit. Their products were not sold anywhere else. Not in stores, not on other internet web sites, NO where. People should be warned. So I called you, your customer service people reassured me, and sent me a system that works great.
